Breakfast to Feature Leader of Character Author

The Sioux City Economic Development Department and Sioux City Fire Rescue will host a “Business for Breakfast” event on Friday, April 21 at 8:00 a.m. at the Sioux City Convention Center. The free event will feature Dave Anderson, author of Becoming a Leader of Character: Six Habits that Make or Break a Leader at Work and at Home and share how to develop a plan for growing leaders of character in your life.

West Point graduate and decorated combat veteran, Dave Anderson, spent 20 years in a multi-national Fortune 50 company and has authored 7 books and 600+ articles on leadership and personal growth. He wrote Becoming a Leader of Character: Six Habits that Make or Break a Leader at Work and at Home with his father General James L. Anderson USA Retired, in response to the leadership crisis in our culture today.

In addition to speaking engagements, Mr. Anderson provides training for the public safety sector and will spend the day with Sioux City Fire Rescue staff on April 20.
