FEDERAL CORONAVIRUS RELIEF OPTIONS

Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Forbearance Toolkit - the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is offering this toolkit to help FHA homeowners with delinquent loans an opportunity to possibly prevent the loss of their home.

Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Re-opens 1/13/21 - A second round of PPP loans are elegibile for small businesses with 300 employees or less, that previously received a First Draw PPP Loan and will use or have used the full amount only for authorized uses, and that can demonstrate at least a 25% reduction in gross receipts between comparable quarters in 2019 and 2020. The maximum amount of a Second Draw PPP loan is $2 million.

SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) - The SBA is offering low interest federal disaster loans for working capital to small businesses and non-profit organizations that are suffering substantial economic injury as a result of COVID-19 in all U.S. states, Washington D.C., and territories. These loans may be used to pay debts, payroll, accounts payable and other bills that can’t be paid because of the disaster’s impact, and that are not already covered by a Paycheck Protection Program loan. Applicants may apply online, receive additional disaster assistance information and download applications at https://SBA.gov/Disaster.

Restaurant Revitalization Fund - A grant program for restaurants, food trucks, brewpubs and taprooms, wineries, distilleries, inns, bars, caterers, coffee shops, bakeries, ice cream shops, snack bars, etc. Learn more about the $28.6 billion fund here

 



Iowa Nonprofit Recovery Fund - an extension of the Iowa Small Business Relief Grant Program, the program will provide short-term relief to nonprofit organizations that have seen reduced revenue and/or increased costs as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

State of Iowa Business Recovery Assistance - find the latest information regarding business and financial assistance and community resources from the State of Iowa.
