Businesses interested in applying for financing must complete a City of Sioux City Green Energy Program online loan application and the appropriate MidAmerican Energy Advantage rebate application.

Typically the application process is completed in a series of simple steps:

1. Complete the appropriate Energy Advantage application for your project.
2. Complete the City's online Green Energy Program loan application (currently only available by PDF for mail-in).
3. Once the City receives notice from MidAmerican that your Energy Advantage application is approved we will evaluate your loan application.
4. We will notify you of your application's approval or denial. If approved, you will be contacted for further processing of your loan and rebate.
